1. Nature of the Service (Private Beta)

Eleven Tribe is provided as a private beta "as is." Features may change or be modified at any time.

2. Service Models & Authority

Eleven Tribe provides two levels of service:

SaaS CRM: A self-managed tool for clubs to organize internal football operations.

Managed Requests: A service where clubs request Eleven Tribe to facilitate specific transfer operations or scouting.

Final Authority: Eleven Tribe acts as a facilitator and technology provider. The Club/User retains absolute and final decision-making authority over any transfer or contract. Eleven Tribe is not liable for the sporting or financial outcomes of these decisions.

3. Eligibility

Access is restricted to verified football clubs and professionals approved by us. We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion during the beta phase.

4. Regulatory Compliance (FIFA)

Eleven Tribe is built to align with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR), including licensed agent requirements, conflict-of-interest restrictions, and transparency. Users are responsible for their own compliance with local federation rules.

5. Confidentiality & Data Ownership

Confidentiality: Users agree not to misuse or share sensitive information (budgets, scouting) accessed through the platform.

Data Ownership: Users retain all ownership rights to the data they upload. Eleven Tribe is granted a limited license only to host and process this data for the User's benefit.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and materials belong to Eleven Tribe. No rights are granted beyond internal business use during the beta.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleven Tribe is not liable for indirect damages or decisions made based on platform information. We do not provide legal, financial, or specific sports-agent advice through the software itself.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
